- Requirements Definition: Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for new projects and enhancements.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.
- Technical Requirements: Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality assurance measures are in place to translate the impact of solutions to the business.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing IT landscape.
- Education: Holder of a higher education degree in computer science or equivalent ITIL V4 Certification is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in IT Department or R&D department.
- Skills: Knowledge of cross-industrial processes, Research and Development product processes, and proficiency in French and English.
- Health Insurance: Basic and Supplementary Health Insurance coverage.
- Vacation: 5 weeks annual vacation with 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year.
- Remote Work: Possibility to work remotely from one of our remote sites.
