Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Strategic Leader für unsere Business Unit, der die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele trägt. Als Digital Banking Expert und Consultant bist du verantwortlich für die Definition des Dienstleistungsangebots, die Sicherstellung der Kosten und Qualität sowie die Beratung unserer Kunden in der Gestaltung von Digital Banking Strategien.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Definition des Dienstleistungsangebots und Sicherstellung der Kosten und Qualität
  • Beratung von Kunden in der Gestaltung von Digital Banking Strategien und Initiativen
  • Arbeit mit UX- und Engineering-Teams zusammen, um Angebote zu entwickeln, die den Bedürfnissen der Kunden entsprechen
  • Arbeit mit Sales und Marketing zusammen, um Netcetera als bevorzugten Partner zu positionieren
  • Förderung der agile Denk- und Arbeitsweise, Innovation, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Organisation
Qualifikationen:
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Consulting und/oder in der Umsetzung komplexer individueller Softwarelösungen im Digital Banking Umfeld
  • Kreativität und Vision für technologische und wirtschaftliche Trends im Markt
  • Umfassendes Netzwerk im Schweizer Bankenmarkt
  • Vertrauensbildendes Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, ein Team mit deiner offenen Persönlichkeit, Humor und 'can-do'-Einstellung zu motivieren
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
