Business Automation Specialist

Flowable is a pioneering force in Intelligent Business Automation, offering a unified platform that combines Process, Case, and Decision management. As a Business Automation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving operation excellence and leading transformation for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project leadership and holistic product advisory: Provide end-to-end Flowable advice to customers, enabling them to expand and improve their business through innovative solutions.
- Solution design: Create solution proposals based on Flowable product and customer requirements, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
- Development: Contribute to projects with Flowable modelling/development knowledge, adhering to industry standards BPMN, CMMN, DMN, and other Flowable engines.
- Project management: Control projects in terms of deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality, and risks, identifying and justifying deviations from project plans.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Sales Team, providing expert advice and participating in bid management, service offering, and product demos.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a diverse team of developers, salespeople, product developers, and client teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Process Engineering.
- Strong understanding and affinity to software development, with basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Big plus if you have experience with BPM products like Pega, Appian, Camunda, or others.
- Experience working in an agile environment and methods.
- Keen on working in a challenging environment with teamwork capabilities, dedication, and motivation.
- Ambitious and open-minded consultant who can make a big impact on our customer's business while working with a modern product.
- Very good sense for quality and strong ability to think and act analytically.
- Fluency in German and English.
