Our à la carte restaurant Delta serves high-quality buffets, banquets, and half-board dishes, crafted by skilled chefs who prioritize flavor, presentation, and attention to detail. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to manage the food preparation process, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing mise en place and food preparation for our à la carte restaurant and hotel restaurant
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and food legislation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed education as a cook and relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in upscale catering, including à la carte and banqueting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
