UX Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Lead to join our Digital Client Experience (DCX) team. As a UX Design Lead, you will play a central role in shaping the digital future of our customers and elevating their experience across digital channels.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with UI design, development, and product management teams to craft innovative, user-centered UX concepts for our Private Banking digital channels.
  • Take ownership of the process of creating prototypes and wireframes, testing concepts, and guiding them through to the final product.
  • Lead and facilitate user research, analyze customer feedback and data, and uncover valuable insights into our customers' needs.
  • Drive the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital solutions.
  • Establish UX standards that inspire the team, sharing best practices and innovative approaches to elevate our digital experience.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or certification in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Bring at least five years of experience in UX design, particularly with complex applications.
  • Approach user-centered solutions thoughtfully and enjoy conducting user research.
  • Have experience with design systems and know how to help them evolve.
  • Bring experience in the financial industry as a bonus.
  • Thrive in a team setting and clearly share your ideas and concepts with others.
  • Speak English fluently and possess a good command of German.
  • Approach your work with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and show strong initiative.
