Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Front Office team as a Trainee Front Office representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the team in all matters related to guest service, reception operations, and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience
- Collaborate with the FO Team to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Swiss Hospitality School education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant industry (e.g., hospitality, customer service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
