Als Senior Product Manager Düfte stellt du sicher, dass unsere Sortimente und Teams auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben. Deine Herausforderung besteht darin, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen und unsere Produkte entsprechend anzupassen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Sortimente Pflege / Make-Up und Haarpflege über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines fünfköpfigen Teams
  • Volle Verantwortung für Umsatz, Marge, Lagerbestand und Marktanteile in den betreuten Kategorien
  • Performance-Analyse und -Steuerung des Bereichs Pflege, Make-Up und Haarpflege
  • Planung und Steuerung sämtlicher Vermarktungs-Aktivitäten, wie Promotionen und Aktionen
  • Reger Lieferantenkontakt und Führung von Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Steuerung von Layouts und POS-Auftritten
  • Aktive Teilnahme bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projektgruppen
  • Analysen von Industrie- und Konsumenten-Trends
Deine Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Beschaffung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Cateogry Management, der Beschaffung oder in einer ähnlichen Funktionen im Konsumgüterumfeld (wie Kosmetik, Mode, Lifestyle, etc..)
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, -Entwicklung sowie-Motivation
  • Motivierte und motivierende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft wie auch ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Ambitionierte Teamplayer:in, mit starkem analytischen Denken und guten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend, Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
