Our Story
In 2004, we brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland, and since then, we've been serving up fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes, along with various curries. Our team caters to regular customers, business guests, and groups in our restaurants, which seat over 120 guests indoors and more than 70 outdoors.
The Job
We're looking for a motivated Sushi Maker (80-100%) who can bring their expertise to our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring mise en place for lunch and dinner service
- Preparing wok dishes independently on our menu
- Maintaining freshness standards of our food offerings
- General cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- Following the HACCP hygiene concept and ensuring top-notch cleanliness
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience with a gas wok
- Good German or English language skills for communication with the team and guests
- Clean, efficient, and precise work with attention to detail
- Motivation to grow and develop
- Keen sense of ingredient quality ensuring freshness and deliciousness
