We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wok Chef to join our team at Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Cooking wok dishes independently, preparing menu offerings with precision and speed
  • Maintaining freshness standards of food offerings, adhering to high HACCP hygiene concepts
  • Performing general cleaning tasks in the kitchen, upholding cleanliness and organization standards
  • Following established cooking procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with gas woks, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills in German or English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
  • Clean, efficient, and precise work habits, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Motivation to grow and develop professionally, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A keen sense of ingredient quality, with the ability to select and prepare premium ingredients
