About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our Business Solutions team in France. As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer projects and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, or Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Native French speaker and fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Odoo or other ERP consulting/integration.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite tools: Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL).
