This is an exciting opportunity for you to be your own boss and work as a scooter courier. As a scooter courier, you will be responsible for delivering food across the Biel/Bienne area, collecting it from restaurants and bringing it to our customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the delivery of food in perfect condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being respectful and professional.
  • Notify any delivery problems or issues to the delivery management team.


Requirements:


  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have your own vehicle (scooter, roller, or motorcycle) with the relevant insurance and driving license.
  • Know and follow all traffic rules.
  • Have a smartphone with a minimum of 4G and a power bank for navigation.
  • Be available on weekday evenings and weekends.


As a scooter courier, you will be able to choose your own shifts and work as much or as little as you like. We provide equipment such as a backpack, jacket, helmet, phone holder, and gloves. You will also receive an allowance of 0.12CHF per worked hour for phone usage and an allowance for the usage of your private vehicle. Our team will support you whenever you need it.
