Job Description:

As a scooter courier with us, you will be responsible for delivering meals to hungry customers across the Biel/Bienne area. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills. You will be required to collect meals from restaurants and deliver them to customers within the agreed time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Collect meals from restaurants and ensure they are delivered in perfect condition
  3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Own vehicle (scooter, roller, or motorcycle accepted with relevant insurance and driving license)
  • Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations
  • Smartphone with minimum 4G connectivity and power bank for navigation

What We Offer:

  • Hourly pay and a proper employment contract including social contributions
  • Payment of tips collected
  • Allowance of CHF 0.12 per worked hour for phone usage
  • Allowance for the usage of your private vehicle
  • Equipment provided by us (backpack, jacket, helmet, phoneholder, gloves, etc.)
