About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the CDD end to end process has been followed correctly for onboarding and existing to bank clients.
Responsibilities:- Perform controls related to CLM activities.
- Quality check a percentage of finalized cases depending on the risk rating.
- Feedback of errors and common trends to CLM, Front Office teams and the Business.
- Supporting the Quality Control Manager by organizing and running group training sessions to enhance quality results.
