Cybersecurity Strategist and Risk Manager

Solvias AG is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global cybersecurity efforts. This high-impact role will empower you to shape the future of information security in a dynamic, growing organization.

We are looking for a leader with a passion for building security cultures and delivering meaningful change. If you're ready to protect and enable our business by developing and executing a robust, enterprise-wide security strategy, we want to hear from you.

This role can be based in Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, or the US. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible work models, minimum 28.5 vacation days, monthly child allowance above the Swiss minimum, and various pension fund solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and champion an information security vision and strategy that aligns with global business goals
  • Identify and anticipate evolving threats, developing strategies to mitigate risk and protect critical assets
  • Drive an organizational security mindset through innovative policies, standards, and a continuous improvement cycle that ensures adaptation to changing regulations and business needs
  • Partner with senior leadership to balance security initiatives with business operations, promoting secure, agile growth
  • Lead rapid incident response efforts to resolve issues, communicate risks transparently, and prevent re-occurrence

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership: Successfully enabled and scaled security teams, hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Analytical and innovative thinking: Ability to analyze complex security problems, propose innovative solutions, and influence decisions at the leadership level
  • Communication skills: Excellent ability to translate technical issues into clear business risks and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Cultural fit: Experience working in diverse, multinational environments focusing on collaboration, respect, and growth, energy giver to enable a good environment to the peers and teams

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
