Expert Evaluator for Women's Human Rights Digital Platform

Job Description:
The Foreign Affairs Department (EDA) is seeking a highly qualified Expert Evaluator to conduct an external evaluation of the Women's Human Rights App. This digital platform has been in operation since 2013 and provides access to international reference instruments and reliable information on women's rights and gender equality.
Main Objectives:
- To assess the relevance and effectiveness of the W'HR App since 2019
- To take stock of the achievements realized with the app during this period
- To determine the follow-up to be given to the application
About the Project:
The W'HR App contains over 900 documents related to women's rights and gender equality, and has been relaunched in 2021. The app is used to promote human rights issues, particularly women's rights and gender equality.
Your Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in evaluating digital platforms, specifically those related to human rights and gender equality. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing statistics on Android and Apple systems, as well as assessing the communication channels and digital outreach strategies employed by the app.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in evaluating digital applications, particularly those related to human rights and gender equality
- Expertise in statistics analysis on Android and Apple systems
- Strong understanding of human rights issues, particularly women's rights and gender equality
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
What We Offer:
As our Expert Evaluator, you can expect a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at the EDA and contribute to promoting human rights and gender equality through digital means.
