At Capgemini Invent, we're on a mission to empower our clients to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital trust and security. As a Senior Manager/Director in our Digital Trust & Security practice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager/Director. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading projects that transform our clients' cybersecurity, architecture, and operational resilience capabilities. You'll provide expertise in strategic, organizational, and human aspects of cybersecurity, including security strategy definition, high-level operating model design, and security maturity assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies
  • Provide expertise in security strategy definition, high-level operating model design, and security maturity assessments
  • Develop new security strategies to manage emerging risks in cloud and agile/DevSecOps environments
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver security strategy, governance, security testing, identity & access management (IAM), security architecture, privacy, and cyber data analytics
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in one or more cybersecurity domains, including security & risk management, asset security, security engineering, communications & network security, identity & access management, security education and awareness, security assessment & testing, security operations, or software development security
  • 7+ years of experience in a management consulting environment, combined with a strong footprint in one of the following industries: Consumer Products Retail Distribution, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences
  • Structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level)
