Cell Line Development Specialist

This is a permanent and full-time position that requires immediate start.
Responsibilities- Generate high-yield cell lines for recombinant therapeutic proteins production;
- Plan and perform cell culture activities with mammalian CHO and HEK cell lines for stable cell line development and optimization;
- Transfect for Transient Gene Expression and Stable Pool Generation;
- Perform single cell cloning and conduct batch and fed-batch cultures in small-scale bioreactors;
- Keep laboratory records and participate in multiple projects simultaneously;
- Contribute to the development and optimization of cell line development methods and processes;
- Prepare project updates and support the Project Team Leader;
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization in the laboratory environment;
- This role requires regular weekend work.
- Extensive knowledge of cell culture technologies, including stable cell line generation;
- Experience in recombinant protein production in mammalian cells;
- Good analytical skills and data analysis;
- Experience in Cell Line Development, preferred;
- Molecular biology skills, a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Scientific curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach;
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Rigorousness, discipline, and attention to details;
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural team;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Master Degree in biotechnology, cell biology, or related field;
- 1-3 years of experience with mammalian cell culture;
- Excellent command of English, French a plus.
