Cell Line Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Line Development Associate to join our team at ExcellGene SA.
This permanent and full-time position requires strong laboratory skills and experience in cell culture technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Generate high-yield cell lines for the production of recombinant therapeutic proteins.
- Plan and perform cell culture activities with mammalian CHO and HEK cell lines.
- Perform transfection for transient gene expression and stable pool generation.
- Conduct batch and fed-batch cultures in non-instrumented small-scale bioreactors.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory work.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of cell line development methods and processes.
- Prepare project updates in the form of PowerPoint presentations and technical reports.
- Master's degree in biotechnology, cell biology, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of cell culture technologies, including stable cell line generation.
- Experience in recombinant protein production in mammalian cells.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
