About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in developing and maintaining top-notch banking solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop test plans to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and business analysis to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality and identify defects
  • Evaluate system testing needs and assess impact on business operations
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and other testing artifacts
  • Support the implementation of best practices in software testing, such as Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software testing, with experience in financial services or related industries
  • Proficiency in testing tools, such as HP Quality Center or Jira, and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with SDLC principles
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to collaborate with development teams
