CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Materials Requirements Planner for a 3-month project with potential extension or internalization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the supply of Customer Supplier Materials, ensuring timely availability of materials and communication to all relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties to ensure Materials Requirements Plans are completed to guarantee timely availability of materials
  • Liaise with key functions to ensure timely updates to material plans considering changes to plans or material availability issues
  • Execution of key tasks to support inventory plans and optimization initiatives
  • Conversion of planned orders into material plans including creation and management of material planned requirements
  • Liaison with Supply Planner and Schedulers to ensure all material plans are up to date and responsive to changes in material requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed material planning parameters in Planning systems
  • Conversion of material requirements plan (purchase requisitions) into Purchase Orders
  • Expediting material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processing
  • Creation and management of material related KPIs and measures to ensure accurate understanding of material availability
  • Execution of key material availability, mobilization or write actions to support optimal management of inventory while reducing scrap/waste

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement or any relevant field
  • Experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or Purchasing
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is required, and German would be nice to have
  • Strong Teammate and able to work across cross-functional teams
