About the RoleThis position offers the opportunity to work with a globally recognized pharmaceutical company, contributing to the development of innovative medicines. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and supporting decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical methods and software, including R and JMP. Experience in designing experiments and data analysis, particularly in the context of process characterization, optimization, and validation, is essential.
Your Responsibilities- Support synthetic molecule development pipeline work, including process characterization, process validation, process transfer, assay validation, and shelf life studies.
- Collaborate with other statisticians on method development and improvement.
- Master or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical methods and software (e.g., R and JMP) for the design of experiments and data analysis.
- Design of Experiments (DOE): Extensive experience in designing experiments, particularly in the context of process characterization, optimization, and process validation.
- Interpretation: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with professionals in chemistry, pharmaceutical R&D, assay development, and regulatory affairs.
