Category Lead for Consumables Infusion Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Lead to join our team at Ypsomed. As a Category Lead for Consumables Infusion Business, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our Consumables and Infusion category, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and developers to ensure the successful launch and execution of new products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies.
- Manage category budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Higher education in business studies, MBA or Economics, with a technical background a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multiple teams and driving business growth.
- Experience in the production of sterile goods and medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- German language business working knowledge.
