Category Lead for Consumables Infusion Business

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the Orbit & Consumables category for insulin pump business, focusing on personnel and business-oriented strategies.
- Independently manage and develop the category according to set targets, ensuring alignment with the Product Area Infusion goals.
- Steer the category's results (P&L) to meet the targets of the Product Area Infusion.
- Facilitate communication and operational day-to-day business between the Categories and surrounding departments.
- Plan the personnel, technical, and organizational development of the category based on the MTP and innovation roadmap.
- Lead the product management & development team directly.
- Partner with external partners for maximum %. (Europe and overseas)
Requirements
- Higher education in business studies (MBA or Economics) with a technical background as a plus.
- Leadership experience of multiple teams for multiple years.
- Experience in the production of sterile goods and medical devices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- German language business working knowledge.
- Proactive production and development mindset.
