We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at FICOBA. As a key member of our Fiscal Reporting team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our Front Office and other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Fiscal Reporting team, handling all queries and requests from the Front Office and other departments.
- Handle all phone calls to the Fiscal Reporting hotline, ensuring timely resolution of queries and providing accurate feedback to requestors.
- Manage and prepare tax reclaim forms for various countries, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting related to statistics for internal and external parties.
- Act as a business partner, bringing expertise and support to other departments as required.
- Participate in projects as needed and ensure any issues are raised appropriately to Management.
- Mandatory experience in a Private Bank in Switzerland within the tax department.
- Mandatory knowledge of QI / Fatca / CRS.
- Advanced English and French language skills.
- Strong sense of customer service, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the Bank's departments.
- Compliance with internal and external regulations.
