Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Startup Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our founders and operations team in various aspects of the business, including internal operations, customer support, sales, marketing, and design.

Responsibilities
  • Internal Operations: Assist with bookkeeping, legal matters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, including onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Sales: Collaborate with our sales team to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Marketing & PR: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Design: Contribute to the design of visual materials and user interfaces.
  • Business Development: Support our business development efforts to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (B2 level) and English (B1 level). Additional languages such as French are a plus.
  • Location: Based in the Zürich area, with regular on-site presence.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, autonomous, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Efficiency: Precise, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Technical Affinity: Familiarity with new technologies and willingness to apply them.
