About the Opportunity

At Capgemini Engineering Switzerland, we're seeking an experienced Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Position yourself from the kick-off on new product impacts, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  2. Build and communicate operating recommendations to stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and best practices.
  3. Identify and prioritize potential areas for improvement with our partner representatives, driving strategic growth and development.
  4. Propose, manage, and communicate technological feasibility resulting from associated monitoring, providing insightful recommendations to management.
  5. Define, develop, and ensure the application of Best Practices Reference Guides, maintaining our high standards of quality and excellence.
  6. Build and maintain a data management model, ensuring accurate and reliable data-driven decision-making.
  7. Maintain and present a site roadmap annually, providing a clear vision for our engineering team.
  8. Propose and monitor budgets accordingly, ensuring responsible financial management and allocation.
  9. Contribute to developing supplier partnerships, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  10. Collaborate in the dynamics of Business Networks and skills management, driving innovation and excellence in our engineering practices.

Requirements

  1. EPF engineering degree or equivalent in robotics, mechanics, microtechnology, electronics, industrial computing, or automation.
  2. Mastery of computer-aided design or manufacturing software, with a strong understanding of industry-standard tools.
  3. Computer programming skills, with experience in relevant programming languages.
  4. Analytical skills, with the ability to follow complex methodological processes and provide insightful recommendations.
  5. Pronounced ability to work in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to seek consensus and adapt to demanding contexts, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  7. Curious in nature, with a personality that demonstrates discretion and emotional intelligence.
  8. Ability to make proposals by demonstrating emotional intelligence, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Rigor and methodological approach, with a strong focus on quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
  10. Proficiency in technical English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
