Software Engineer

As a Backend Software Developer at Capgemini, you will be part of a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, shaping your career in the way you like, and empowered to deliver solutions that unlock the value of technology for our clients.
Your Responsibilities- Advise clients on technology during sprint zero and deliver solutions with the engineering team;
- Owning one value stream within Blue Harvest, enabling our engineers and overall company growth;
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a group of highly experienced engineers, taking ownership, being proactive, and collaborating;
- Participating in a culture with high engineering and emotional intelligence standards, where development paths are self-determined to support and guide growth opportunities.
- Several years of experience in Backend Software development with Java (e.g., Spring Boot or Quarkus) or .Net Core, with Financial Services experience being a plus;
- Skilled in leading and supporting people, as well as coaching and enabling delivery across engineering teams;
- Knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices;
- Ability to work with cloud platforms, containers, Kafka (or any other MQ platform);
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas in English and French.
