As a Project Document Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document control systems. Your primary responsibility will be to:
- Provide support for the implementation and roll-out of our company-wide document management system.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all queries and requests related to the system.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and client document control teams.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and processes.
- Prepare and update training materials, system user guides, and quick reference sheets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in implementing integrated document control systems.
- Strong IT user skills, advanced in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to groups and deliver training in various mediums.
- Fluency in English, with a minimum B2 German language level.
