About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1 or B2 to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our customer aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks on customer aircraft in compliance with contracted services and customer expectations
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications, as well as component replacements, based on current authorization and training level
  • Communicate effectively with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service representatives to ensure they are informed of any developments
  • Ensure the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control meets the highest standards
  • Comply with regulatory rules and regulations
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and premises in your charge to a satisfactory standard and report any discrepancies to the appropriate departments
  • Deliver the highest level of health and safety and quality standards in the industry
  • Improve your work environment and comply with continuous improvement standards
  • Perform 5S at your workplace (in office, equipment, and store area)
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time
  • Work in day shifts

About You

We are looking for an experienced Aviation Maintenance Professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair. You will hold a valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2 and have type ratings as above. You will also have a high degree of customer focus, internal and external, and be able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2
  • Hold type ratings as above
  • High degree of customer focus, internal and external
  • Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend
  • Good physical condition
  • Holder of a full driver's license which will allow airside driving in Switzerland
