Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1/B2 to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our customer aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks on customer aircraft in compliance with contracted services and customer expectations.
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications, as well as component replacements, based on current authorization and training level.
  • Communicate effectively with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service representatives to ensure they are informed of any developments.
  • Ensure the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control meets the highest standards.
  • Comply with regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and premises to a satisfactory standard and report any discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver the highest level of health and safety and quality standards in the industry.
  • Improve your work environment and comply with continuous improvement standards.
  • Perform 5S at your workplace.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment.
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair with a valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2.
  • Hold type ratings as above.
  • High degree of customer focus, internal and external.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Holder of a full driver's license allowing airside driving in Switzerland.
