Job Description
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice within EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its growing Transfer Pricing competency. This role will involve managing transfer pricing projects, delivering on complex questions, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and client focus.
- Deliver on complex transfer pricing questions, such as M&A, tax audits, MAPs, IP migration, and business restructuring.
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients.
- Identify opportunities to involve other technical disciplines to expand the scope and value of services delivered.
- Help develop staff through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training staff.
- Involvement in team operations through managing junior staff development and assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of international tax experience, with at least 2 years in transfer pricing, preferably with an advisory firm.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, valuations, accounting, and finance.
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Master's degree.
- A plus: CFA, STEX, CPA, LLM, or PhD.
- Full working proficiency in English; German or French are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and transfer pricing databases.
