Strategic Life Sciences Cloud Solutions Leader

We are seeking an innovative solutions leader with a track record of driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will be responsible for guiding the future of Life Sciences Cloud.
The ideal candidate will navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced startup-like environment, align exec stakeholders, collaborate with teams across time zones, and think globally.
This leader is accountable for ACV and pipeline growth for products, working in strong collaboration with sales, sales enablement, alliances, marketing, and product organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Roadmap
- Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to shape and define the product roadmap.
- Synthesize the needs across industries to build common components that can act as multipliers across different industries.
- Go to Market
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams.
- Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV.
- Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, and customers.
- Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
- Present product and roadmap to customer executives in our world-class executive briefing center.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and 8+ years recent experience in Life Sciences commercial and/or medical domains.
- Experience evaluating, managing, or consulting on life sciences engagement software (i.e., Life Sciences CRM).
Experience:
- Equivalent of 8+ years of product management, strategy, or solutions experience.
- Experience working with teams internationally.
- Travel - approximately 50%.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and presenting on stage.
