About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wine Connoisseur to join our team at Ultima Collection. As a Luxury Wine Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our wine cellar and providing exceptional wine service to our discerning guests.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wine education, with formal qualifications in wine tasting, pairing, and sales. Proven experience in wine sales, with a track record of understanding customer preferences and delivering exceptional service, is also essential.

In addition to your wine expertise, you should have a basic understanding of bartending and be capable of stepping into the bar role when needed. A customer-centric approach, team player spirit, and youthful energy are also highly valued in this role.

As a Fine Wine Expert, you will work closely with our F&B team, including bartenders, chefs, and waitstaff, to provide a seamless service experience for our guests.
