You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of high-quality technological solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Managing project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery.
- Leading a global, cross-functional team, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business unit, fostering collaboration, and innovation.
- Implementing efficient structures, processes, and systems to drive growth.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining the reliability and scalability of our technological platforms and solutions.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Tertiary Education in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 20+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years in leadership and people management roles.
- Strong Automation knowledge and understanding of regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
