We are seeking a skilled Senior Hospitality Career Consultant to join our Career Services Department at Les Roches Global Hospitality in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will guide students through every stage of their career journey, from developing a career plan to securing internships and job opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized career counseling, including CV/cover letter reviews, interview coaching, and professional guidance.
  • Developing career opportunities for diverse student populations with a multicultural team.
  • Organizing departmental career events, building relationships with employers and external partners, and managing employer partnerships for Career Days and other events.
  • Representing the Career Services Department and participating in external tasks, such as managing internships and collaborating with faculty and staff.

This is a full-time position requiring occasional weekend work, extra hours, and travel. We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, Event Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of organizing large-scale events in an international setting.
  • Experience in recruitment or job placement is a plus; experience in training or education is also beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the global hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with career tools and software.
  • Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required (additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
