As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our client network through excellent content delivery and relationship management.
Our team is committed to growing our business and hiring the best talent to help us get there. We utilize innovative and data-driven approaches to design and execute tailored CLM strategies that optimize customer value and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business analysis in order to define Business requirements that are clear and understandable to your IT colleagues.
- Support the different business lines by following up on those business requirements by conducting testing for example, to ensure the functionality delivery quality.
- Report regularly and in a comprehensive manner, your progress and issues to the different key stakeholders.
- Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arises in order to fix / mitigate it quickly.
- Regularly update and consult with senior management on the progress and effectiveness of CLM strategies, providing reports and insights.
