Job Description

As an Office Assistant at Air Charter Service, you will be a key member of the Swiss team in our Geneva office, providing essential support to the sales teams and ensuring smooth operation across the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO with daily activities and manage the office diary.
  • Support the wider team with scheduling client meetings, maintaining flight files, and preparing flight briefs.
  • Manage travel and accommodation needs, organize training for the office as required, and oversee Accounts Payable/Receivables.
  • Assist with office recruitment, working with the HR team to coordinate new starter information and inductions.
  • Take meeting minutes, schedule employee appraisals, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area, process and distribute daily post, and manage stationery for the office.

  • Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
