- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zum Kunden im 1st Level Support.
- Klassifizierung und Dokumentation von Anfragen im Ticketsystem.
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit des Servicedesks und der Bearbeitung von Anfragen gegenüber den Kunden.
Ihr Profil
- Analyse von Störungen, Einleitung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Fehlerzuständen (First Level Support).
- Durchführung von Klein- und Serviceaufträgen bei komplexen Kommunikationssystemen Mitel und Unify sowie Microsoft Teams.
- Fernwartungs- und Operating-Einsätze.
- Definition der Eckwerte zur Überprüfung von Service-Levels.
- Definition von Eskalationsprozeduren.
- Pflege der systemtechnischen Dokumentationen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erreichung vom Partnerstatus.
- Fundierte technische Grundausbildung (Fähigkeitszeugnis) und Aus- oder Weiterbildung.
- Fachspezifische Produkte und Hersteller-Weiterbildungen inklusive Zertifizierungen.
