Senior Digital IC Design Manager

A prominent organization seeks a seasoned Senior Digital IC Design Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge embedded MCU and DSP systems. This esteemed position offers the chance to shape world-class semiconductor products as part of a dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will develop and benchmark embedded MCU and DSP systems for various processor cores. Collaborating closely with product integration teams, you will ensure seamless integration of these solutions into semiconductor products.

About the Position:

  • Develop and optimize digital IP blocks and systems using Verilog / SystemVerilog to meet evolving requirements.
  • Apply expertise in embedded CPUs to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Utilize knowledge of AMBA bus protocols (AHB / APB) to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Provide project / task leadership to drive successful outcomes and meet deadlines.
  • Design CPU / MCU subsystems, SystemRDL, or IP-XACT to support changing design objectives.
  • Cultivate programming skills in Python or C / C++ to support design goals.
  • Drive design intent, including timing constraints (SDC) and power intent (UPF), to ensure optimal results and minimize risks.
  • Oversee RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, STA, and power analysis, to deliver high-quality designs that meet specifications.
  • Implement advanced digital verification methodologies (e.g. UVM) to ensure design accuracy and reliability.
  • Foster strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
