We are seeking a Contract and Service Manager for our client, the asset management department of an international bank in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring contracts and their life cycle with external data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, etc.
  • Analyzing contractual requirements with line managers in terms of performance and service quality.
  • Adapting external services and optimizing costs and budgeting based on changing needs.
  • Solving operational problems with suppliers and providing smooth services.
  • Supporting Procurement in commercial evaluations of suppliers and competitor comparisons.
  • Organizing audits of data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, including monitoring of suppliers' contractually agreed performance.
  • Handling daily tasks between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing market data related contractual matters.
  • Implementing restore processes in case of complaints or change orders.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Economics.
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or banking.
  • Strong understanding of contract requirements and processes.
  • Project management skills to optimize quality and value.
  • User knowledge of outsourcing partner products and data provider systems (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
