About the Role

Intrum is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Investment and Corporate Secretarial Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Investment and Legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial functions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of investment transactions and corporate secretarial matters, including filing requirements and record keeping for Swiss investment companies and other European entities.
  • Provide support to our Investment team and Legal team in the area of portfolio acquisition, including corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum's Swiss investment vehicles.
  • Handle KYC requests and compliance-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Perform corporate governance and secretarial tasks, including group legal entity management and investment administration.
  • Review checklists and monitor compliance calendars for transactions and vehicles, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collate documentation for all transactions and coordinate work with external partners, including notaries, law firms, and company registries.
  • Administer correspondence for these vehicles, including electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and draft and maintain minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in general office facilities management.

Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills, with solid German language skills a must.
  • Any European language in addition to English is a plus.
  • Experience in administration, preferably in a corporate and legal administration background, e.g., as a paralegal or investment officer, or executive assistant with filing/contract management responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with customary Office suite and willingness to embrace new digital tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain the right balance between highest quality standards and a hands-on attitude.
  • Keen to establish robust processes for routine work, take on recurring work as well as ad hoc work.
  • Integrity.
  • Open-minded and a people's person with the ability to cooperate with multiple market teams.
