Process Automation Engineer

LIONSCOUT GROUP, a dynamic company in the heart of Switzerland's thriving online market, is seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency across our systems. As a key member of our Business Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other cutting-edge tools. Your expertise in REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, SOAP, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps will enable us to unlock new opportunities and improve customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of process automation, software development principles, and agile project management. You should be proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. **About the Role**
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Switzerland (flexible work setup)
- Salary: CHF 90,000 - 110,000 per annum (depending on experience)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data flows using REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, SOAP, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps
- Work closely with the Business Platform Engineering team lead to deliver impactful solutions and drive business outcomes
- Foster agility within the team by applying Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking methodologies
- Leverage training opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in process automation and low-code development
**Requirements**
- A university degree in computer science or equivalent technical training
- Several years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in developing workflows and automation solutions
- Familiarity with other low-code environments or experience as a software developer (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and SOAP
- Hands-on experience with UiPath and automation tools like Power Automate Desktop
- Proficiency in agile methods and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and oral)
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured, methodical approach to work
