Researcher in High-Performance Teams

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team at the University of St. As a PhD candidate, you will work closely with our Competence Centre for Top Teams to investigate critical dimensions and drivers of high-performance teams.
Your Tasks- Conduct research as part of your PhD thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Winfried Ruigrok, in the area of high-performance teams.
- Support business development and consulting work with corporate clients.
- Assist Prof. Dr. Ruigrok and Dr. Stephanie Schoss as a teaching assistant for various classes at the university and executive education level.
- Strong data analytics skills in SPSS, Stata, R, or Python.
- Previous research and professional experience is not required but highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written), with additional language requirements being beneficial.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum grade of 5.0 (on a 6.0 scale) or be on track to complete your Master's degree within the next few months.
- Eligibility for the University's doctoral program and verification of admission requirements.
