About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at Nidecker Group. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation of our sports equipment stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Station Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our stations, including troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers, educating them about our products, and building strong relationships with local sports communities.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring that our stations are always equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Collaborate with our technical team to address complex maintenance needs and provide valuable feedback to enhance our products and operations.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for Sports: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the sports we provide, including basketball and football.
  • Technical Abilities: Possess the technical skills and practical abilities to solve problems on-site.
  • Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative to resolve issues and improve station operations.
  • Brand Representation: Represent our brand with excellence, embodying our values and mission.
  • Availability: Be available to work regular hours, with occasional overtime as required.
