About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Strategy Consultant to join our internal consulting team. As a key member of our Operations Strategy Team, you will provide insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions on major investments, manufacturing network optimization, and other critical operations issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Nestlé's operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategy consulting group, finance, or operations functions.
  • Experience working in a project-driven environment.
  • A university degree in finance, business, economics, or engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (other languages would be an advantage).
