At Lindt & Sprüngli, we're seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our high-end racing lounge kitchen.

About the Role

  • We're looking for a highly motivated team player with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient kitchen operations, coordinating workflows, and maintaining organization.
  • Maintaining top hygiene standards is crucial in this role, upholding HACCP standards at all times.
  • Managing stock levels involves checking inventory and ordering supplies to meet our demands.
  • During busy times, you'll help maintain a seamless operation, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Cleaning workstations, equipment, and the overall kitchen remains a top priority for you.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in gastronomy or kitchen work is essential for this role.
  • No completed EFZ training as a chef is necessary, but relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges will serve you well in this position.
  • As a reliable, well-organized individual committed to maintaining high hygiene standards, you'll excel in this environment.
  • Team-oriented individuals with a positive attitude thrive in our dynamic kitchen.
  • Compliance with HACCP standards is desired, but not required.
