Composite Specialist for Audi Formula 1 Team

We are seeking an experienced Composite Specialist to join our team as part of the Audi F1 Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the composite group trackside, ensuring the assembly, maintenance and modification of various composite parts such as front wings, rear wings and underbodies for our race cars at the race track.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Formula 1 as a composite technician, with in-depth knowledge of composites and manual dexterity. They will also possess a careful, efficient and independent way of working, as well as a good understanding of technical contexts.
Your Key Responsibilities- Leading the composite group trackside
- Ensuring the assembly, maintenance and modification of various composite parts
- Carying out repair work on various composite parts
- Managing the stock of composite parts at the race track
- Participating in the setup, dismantling, and maintenance of the pit infrastructure at the various race venues
- Taking on additional tasks as a member of the pit crew during the races
