Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our rapidly expanding sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our software solution to mid-market accounts within assigned geographical or vertical markets.

Your primary focus will be on exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts. You will handle the entire sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
  • Native German language skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A customer-first mentality, building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.
