About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chromatography Specialist to join our team at Solvias AG. As a key member of our analytical research department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals in the field of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3-8 people in HPLC-related activities
  • Serve as a point of contact and expert for HPLC-related matters
  • Closely collaborate with laboratory staff, reviewers, and scientists to ensure adherence to budget, deadlines, and quality standards within assigned areas of responsibility
  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships with customers
  • Continuously optimize workflows and processes
About You
  • Possess solid experience with HPLC, including team management and dynamic working styles
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset
  • HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HANDLING QUALITY EVENTS (DEVIATION, CHANGE REQUEST, OOS INVESTIGATION)
  • Hold a background in biochemistry, life sciences, or a similar field
  • Have experience in feasibility studies, method development, validation, and routine HPLC analysis
  • Demonstrate high discipline and sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English and German
