Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced HPLC Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Senior HPLC Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 3-8 people, acting as a point of contact and expert for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and closely collaborating with laboratory staff, reviewers, and scientists to adhere to budget, deadlines, and quality within assigned areas of responsibility.
You will also build strong and trustworthy relationships with our customers, continuously optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Extensive experience with HPLC, team leadership capabilities, and a dynamic, agile working style.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, paired with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with handling quality events (deviation, change request, OOS investigation).
- Background in biochemistry, life science, or a similar field.
- Experience in feasibility studies, method development and validation, as well as routine HPLC analysis.
- High discipline and sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English and German.
